Privacy & data

Here is what happens to your information when you use the website or send an enquiry.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Who is responsible?

JoDa Work (Danish business registration number / CVR: 46767993), operated by Jonas Aagaard, is responsible for information submitted through the website. Contact info@jodawork.com or use the contact form.

What is processed and why?

An enquiry includes your name, email address, optional company name, selected topic and message. This is used to respond, clarify needs and potentially prepare an agreement. Do not send confidential or sensitive information.

Legal basis

General enquiries are handled on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). For steps towards a potential contract with you as an individual, Article 6(1)(b) may also apply.

Recipients and retention

Messages are sent to JoDa Work’s email. Webhosting and email providers may process the information to deliver their services. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, an agreement or relevant legal obligations, and then deleted.

Technical security

The form uses a time-limited security token and submission rate limits. A keyed, pseudonymous IP fingerprint and timestamps are temporarily stored for that purpose and removed after expiry during routine cleanup. Messages are not stored in a website database. The hosting provider may maintain separate operational and security logs.

Cookies, analytics and examples

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, analytics tools or browser storage. Resources are not loaded from advertising or analytics platforms. The examples use fictional data; inputs stay in your browser and are not saved.

Your rights

Subject to the relevant conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing. Contact info@jodawork.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
